Advisory & execution · Canadian renewable energy

Advice and execution across Canadian renewables.

We advise developers, investors and landowners across Canadian wind, solar, hydro and storage. When a project needs more than advice, we help carry it. Our team has taken over 2,000 MW from origination through construction and into operation, so the guidance comes from having done the work.

The numbers behind the advice. Our team's record, not the firm's portfolio.

How we work

Two ways in.

As advisor

Independent counsel with no position in the outcome and no fee tied to a deal closing. Opportunity assessment, diligence, market entry and strategy. You get a straight read you can act on.

As execution partner

Inside the project through development and construction, working alongside your team on the parts that decide whether it gets built. Structured as advisory, joint venture or equity, depending on the project.
